Return and Refund Policy

Exclusive Collection Policy: No Exchanges or Returns

At GYMBABY, we’re committed to offering a curated selection as an alternative active & athleisure label. Our articles are produced in limited quantities, and each piece is part of a unique collection. We operate within a time-limited sales window, and once that period ends, any remaining stock is no longer available for purchase, ensuring that your acquisition is truly exclusive.
Our articles tend to sell out quickly, and we do not restock once they’re gone. To maintain this level of exclusivity, we do not offer exchanges or returns except for articles that are proven to be faulty. This approach allows us to continue delivering fresh, distinctive designs, ensuring that your acquisition remains one-of-a-kind.

 

Return Eligibility(Flawed-delivery only)

  • Time Frame: Return Request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for the articles that are believed to be faulty. NO EXCHANGES.
  • Condition:
    • The article must be unused, unwashed, and untampered with.
    • Brand tags, original packaging, and accessories must be intact.
    • The article must match our records and should not be altered unless it's a proven vendor defect.
    • There must be no foul odors, stains, or physical damage.
    • The return must be initiated under the original order.
    • We must be satisfied that the article is in a saleable condition.

 

How to Apply for a Return(Flawed-delivery only)

  • Process: To initiate a return, submit a return request through this link. The request must include photos and videos if the article is believed to be faulty.
  • Time Frame:We will review your request and notify you via email once it is approved or rejected based on the provided information.

 

REFUND PROCESS

  • Method:
    • Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
    • Gift Card Involvement: If a gift card was used for any part of the acquisition, even if only partially, any approved refund will be issued as a coupon code for the full refund amount, regardless of the other payment methods used. This coupon code will be sent via email and must be used within 6 months.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 days after we receive and inspect the returned article.
  • Notification: Customers will receive an email once the refund is processed.
  • Fees: No restocking fees apply. However, if a return claim is found to be false during the QC process, the customer will bear both sides' delivery costs, with a flat fee of ₹200. This fee must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery when collecting the returned article.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Responsibility: GYMBABY covers return shipping for articles proven to be faulty. False claims will result in the customer bearing both sides' delivery costs.
  • Pickup Attempts: Return pickup will be attempted twice. If the customer fails to provide the article to the delivery agent, they must personally send the article to the following address:

    • Preferred delivery partners are DTDC, BlueDart and Delhivery, as they provide home pickup services.
  • Logistics: Returns are processed through our reverse-logistics partners.

 

PROVEN FAULTY or DAMAGED ARTICLES

  • GYMBABY takes full responsibility for articles proven to be faulty or damaged upon arrival. Returns will be processed with a refund to the original payment method.
  • Customers must submit a return request with photos and videos through this link. We reserve the right to reject the request if it doesn’t meet our criteria or we are not satisfied.
  • Please Note: Initial approval of a refund for a faulty article does not guarantee the refund. The final approval is contingent upon the article's arrival at our warehouse and its successful passage through our Quality Check (QC). Only after the article is confirmed as faulty during the QC process will the refund be finalized.

 

SPECIAL CASES

  • Promotions & Discounts: Articles purchased with discounts or promotions that are proven faulty are eligible for a full refund.
  • Gift Returns: If a gift article is proven faulty or incorrect, the refund will be issued as a coupon code, valid for 6 months.

 

INTERRNATIONAL ACQUISITIONS

  • Policies: We do not accept returns or exchanges for international acquisitions.
