Shipping Policy

 

1. Shipping Destinations, Costs & Methods (Applicable for Both Domestic and International Shipping)

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship both domestically across India and internationally to various countries around the world. Certain regions or areas may be excluded from shipping, which will be informed at checkout after entering your pincode.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. For international orders, it depends on the country you are in.
  • Shipping Restrictions: As we are not shipping any dangerous goods, there are currently no legal or logistical restrictions. This information will be updated as the inventory changes.
  • Shipping Methods & Carriers: We offer express shipping only, with no Cash on Delivery (COD) options. We select the carriers that provide the fastest lead times, covering over 20,000 pincodes within India and using the best and most reliable carriers for international locations. We do offer multiple shipping options (e.g., standard, express) for international customers. Customers can choose their preferred carrier by contacting us via email. Additional charges may incur.

 

2. Processing, Delivery & Tracking

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 10:30 AM are processed and dispatched on the same day.
    • Estimated Delivery: Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from the time of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • International Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: For international orders, the estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days.
  • General Information (Applies to Both Domestic and International Shipping):
    • Exceptions: Handling and shipping times may be extended during high-demand periods and holidays, including international holidays.
    • Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments via email after order processing. Customers can track their orders via the 'Track my order' button on our website (Footer) or through their account page.
    • Notifications: Email notifications are sent at each stage of the shipping process, including when the order is shipped, out for delivery, and delivered.

 

3. Customs & Duties (Applicable for International Shipping Only)

  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for paying customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • Package Held by Customs: If a package is held by customs, the invoice amount after deducting shipping charges will be refunded in the original mode of payment.
  • Customer Refusal to Pay Duties: If the customer refuses to pay the required duties, as we don't have returns or refunds for international orders (unless proven damaged or defective), the customer has to bear the losses.
  • Shipping Costs: We will not bear any additional charges. Placing the order is at the sole discretion of the customer; be aware that if there are any additional charges applied, the customer will bear the additional fees.

 

4. Special Cases, Responsibilities & Support (Applies to Both Domestic and International Shipping)

  • Delayed Delivery Policy: In rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be delayed. If an order cannot be shipped within 60 days, customers will be eligible for a full refund. A nominal processing fee may be deducted to cover third-party transaction charges and taxes already paid.
    These measures are applied only when necessary to maintain product quality and brand standards.
  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: GYMBABY is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items once proof of delivery is attached to the tracking number. All risks are assumed by the courier.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. GYMBABY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional charges due to address errors are the customer's responsibility.
  • Marked as Delivered: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact customer care (via WhatsApp or email) for assistance.
  • Support Channels: For shipping inquiries, reach out to customer care (via WhatsApp or email). Report any disputes or issues within 7 working days of placing the order.
  • Communication: All shipping-related information is communicated via email.

 

5. Shipping Insurance (Applicable for International Shipping Only)

  • Insurance: Shipping insurance is available for international orders, covering loss, damage, or theft. This insurance option is offered based on the customer’s choice at checkout, and additional fees may apply.
